"So, long story short, I'm a procrastinator and my old junk car got towed (Thanks, SF PD) It was after 5pm when I discovered my car was gone. Called the cop shop, Eastgate has it. Call Eastgate. Their office is closed but the on call tow guy gives me all the information I need. He was SO nice, I wish I had caught his name.
Next morning I call the office and speak to Julie, she confirms the info from the night before. She is also SO nice! I don't typically get off work till five but she assures me she can stay if I get there close to 5.
I get there at about 10 till. Julie and Shop Dog, Bentley greet me.
We do our transaction and she directs me back to my cluncker.
It comes as no surprise to me that it won't start. We head back to the office and Francis is already waiting with a jumper box.
We get it started, but the breaks are out.
I'm not driving this death trap home.
I don't have the money to leave it there. I don't have the money to have it towed. I do, however, have the title with me. I head back to office and relay this info to Julie who turns me back over to Francis. He offers me cash and we have a deal.
FRANCIS IS ALSO SO NICE!
I got a little of my money back and didn't have to deal with the headache of getting the car home to turn around and junk it. So, short story long, If I ever NEED a vehicle towed, I won't hesitate to call Eastgate. Really kind folks, and yes, you get to pet Bentley. Always a bonus."

"My husband and I rolled our pick up and enclosed trailer on March 16. The Highway Patrol suggested Eastgate Towing. They were quick, efficient and very helpful. I would recommend them 5 stars out of 5!"

"Logan and the Staff at Eastgate Towing were fabulous to work with. We had a tire blow out on the coldest day in SD. They kept us up to date on the timeframe and when we could expect them to arrive. They called us and arrived earlier than expected and delivered our car to the repair shop so we could go about the rest of our day. Highly recommend them!!"
