"Been dealing with them for years on and off. Use to work nextdoor as well. Anyways whenever I've needed a tow I call Eastgate Towing.__I called them last week for a neighbor due to language barrier who lost a wheel down the street from there and they were there within a couple minutes and promptly towed it over to his house. The neighbor was very happy as well.__After the neighbors Insurance company looked at his car yesterday his insurance company asked me to have it towed to the body shop and when asked who I thought I would call and I said Eastgate Towing and the Progressive senior adjuster locally said they use them all the time so just have them haul it and they'd tie up the loose ends.__I will continue using and recommending them. You treat them with respect you get respect in return which is pretty much the same anywhere you go in life these days. Never had a negative experience as others have complained about and I don't see how others could unless they were being rude."

"We were involved in an accident on our way home to Illinois from vacation. This towing service went above and beyond for us in towing all of our property. We cannot say enough about Beth and all of her help during this stressful time. It is hard leaving material things in a state almost 9 hours away from home. She communicated with us daily and secured our personal things so that they could be shipped back to us. She took pictures for us when asked as we needed for claims. Beth asked continually on how my wife was feeling due to injuries in the accident. We cannot say enough about this service and if ever needed and you are in S. Dakota, they are the ones to call. "Very satisfied with Eastgate Towing. They were very prompt in coming to my vehicle after my call. The driver even checked my battery to see if it was a quick minor fix I might be able to do myself before loading it up and bringing it to the mechanic. I appreciate that you were able to go the extra mile and do that simple check for me--someone who knows little about cars. Thank you!"
