"Keith recently came out to my property to assist with towing so we could do a lot clear out for the snow. I had a resident that was having difficulties getting her car started and he graciously helped her out. I had another resident that was upset that he had to have his car moved. Keith handled him with professionalism and helped me smooth the situation over. Thank you so much, Keith, for your assistance at my property!"

"I was stalled on the interstate five miles from my hotel on a cross country trip out west. Tow services in the area was extremely busy—but Eastgate came through with flying colors. The dispatcher was calm and reassuring; Logan, our tech, was polite and incredibly helpful. It was a stressful situation and I was far from home, but felt as though this company cared. Highly recommend!"
